I built this house based off a ceramic farmhouse I thrifted, and now it's my favorite house I've ever built. 💗📣‼️

got a lot of requests to upload this and wanted to get it up asap as a ~happy new year~ gift. More info, more pics and download under the cut! You can see all the elements of the lot and how it works in action by checking out my most recent yt video.

Read this before installing:

If u have trouble placing this lot, use the neighborhood terrain cheat that catherintcjd shows how to use in the pics of this MTS post. If you use shaders like dreadpirate's no blue snow, remove them first or you might not be able to see the green square cursor that you use to adjust the terrain. This beach lot terrain was slightly adjusted to fit my map, so if it doesn't place easily in your hood you're gonna have to do this im sorry.

Beach terrain adjustments under the water revert when you share a lot, for this reason the floating garden underneath the glass floor is a bit jankier but you can move things around if you want. The koi fish are on omsp’s so you might want to use an omsp controller to make them visible if you want to move them around. In my version of the houseboat there is the green neon maxis disc lamp that i have underwater on a backwards omsp so it points up at the glass floor. I removed it in this version b/c since the terrain reverted, the light was trapped way under the terrain but still filling the house with a green glow, so i deleted it since it would be a bit tricky for others to remove without having to use CFE.

Snow comes through the hot tub roof onto the bed lmao just know that this happens. You can use simnopke’s time and weather controller to stop snow or stop snow accumulation. I’m not sure if this problem will stop if the hot tub is removed, haven’t tried it. Not sure if rain comes through, i assume it does butttt i haven't noticed. 😇

CC is included, there are two subfolders in the zip: one is maxis recolors and one is meshes or recolors that I either couldn't/forgot to place on the lot before packaging. ** You NEED to install Numenor's no cutaway wall if you do not already have it, otherwise walls will be missing.**

While playing in Pleasantview I decided to build a classic american home and for reference took home from Pleasantville movie. I tried to use less cc than I usually do, so there's not a lot of stuff inside, and you can furnish it however you want.

Imagined like to old fashion brand atelier, bought by a famous fashion magazine editor in chief and remodeled into a fabulous home. The store windows are still there, to remember the old days...

I recommend you to lock the grid to "Allow Household only", that way sims will only go to the Main door passing through the garage

ALSO car animations won't work but cars are totally functional so don't worry if you wanna have the car

McLoon's Home for Wayward Cats: CC-Free Home Business

Victorian-ish home based on the design from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends! Of course I shrunk & squished it though, to fit it into my beloved 20x20 lot size. And I only referenced the exterior, I took my own liberties for the interior layout.

The idea is similar to my cat cafe lot, where a sim runs a home business using the Electrono-Ticket Machine (there are 2 directly out front) and serves customers dessert for free (otherwise they won't eat on the lot like you would in real life). The open/close sign is in the entryway/foyer.

Alternatively, as the name might imply, you could run it as an animal shelter type thing in the vein of the lot that @antisocialbunnysims made. This would involve using the "Always Accept Pet" mod by Squinge - However, Insimenator is currently down, and I didn't find anywhere else to download that mod from (the Wayback Machine did not have the file itself archived, only the forum post), so... Hopefully Insimenator comes back? lol

There are gates and/or doors in between most things you'd want to block either pets or customers from going into or out of (bedrooms, yard area, etc.).

On the second floor, there are 2 rooms that have food bowls/cat condos/litterboxes, for more spaces like one would have in an animal shelter. I originally made them as bedrooms, but I had more cats than sims so I changed it. You could easily change it back though, depending what ratio of sims versus pets you have lol

still editing my new video cuz its long af but here is an unfurnished residential lot hopefully someone can enjoy. :) it's the house the principal of my town's high school lives in so we will be spending time at it in my next vid and i thought maybe someone might like it! it's honestly flop in my video so i tried to fix the floor plan a bit before uploading to make it better for routing lol. details and download under the cut

it has a little "apartment" in the garage (normal door not apt door). The driveway works but the car won't do the driving animation it'll just teleport into the driveway.

As 2/3 bedroom homes go, the latest offering from Parchment, Paper & Co - The Saratoga is expensive.

One brave member of the press, who attended the press only launch soiree (on a Thursday night (seriously?)) put that to Tyler the handsome twenty-something who is in charge of the show home. He pondered for a brief moment before replying 'The house has been architecturally designed, by like an architect, so technically you're like paying the architect for like all of his architectural choices.'

Tyler's new to the company, and on this showing (not to mention his stunning jaw line and 28inch waist) should proceed up the ranks at considerable speed.

The ground floor has ample room for entertaining, and the snug could be repurposed as a third bedroom.

A bit early, my apologies. 4 stone wallpapers and the little cottage wanted them for. The walls are in with the rest of the masonry wallpapers and they're (I do believe) 3 Simoleons.
